This year Avie Consulting are celebrating their 10 year anniversary, seeing proud owners and Directors, Graham Helme and Nick North, crossing another milestone with the company.
Avie was set up at a time when things were just picking up from a recession, several years earlier, meaning it was a bit of a gamble. A gamble that has quite clearly paid off!
The Avie life began in a draughty office in an old Mill, due to the odd broken window! Not to mention the uneven carpets and noisy heating system! But it served its purpose.
Graham and Nick were joined shortly after by Office Manager, Maria Benson, and Associate Julie Gatehouse following close behind. From there, other staff joined and a year later we moved into our current office with 8 staff. This has now grown to 13.
Like everyone else, the pandemic took its toll but we got through it and so to get to this stage means a lot to Graham and Nick.
Most importantly, without our loyal and committed staff we wouldn’t be where we are today; everyone one of them plays a very important part in the success of the company. Thank you to you all.
We’re undoubtedly extremely grateful to our clients too and especially those, who in the early days, had faith in us and trusted us to provide a professional service which has let us get to where we are today. We thank you sincerely.
The majority of our work still comes from these clients who have stayed with us on our amazing journey and we are appreciative of their recommendations to others – the new business still keeps coming in!
With staff and client support we plan to keep growing and hope to be celebrating another special anniversary in the future.
