Avie were commissioned to design a 2 storey classroom extension for Bramley Primary School in Leeds together with foundation loads in a bid to meet the demands for places at the school.
Avie had to consider a non-standard element of a rear fire escape/gantry which was cantilevered from the existing building to avoid an embankment.
This, and all associated works were required to be completed ready for the new school term in September 2017.
Being of modular construction meant that the building could be a fully functioning building in a shorter time than traditional construction.
