The site is a former large industrial site that required remediating allowing for levels to be re-engineered to form acceptable development platforms.
Avie undertook an external works exercise to fix the development planforms along with undertaking a fresh approach to the drainage in order to remove oversized attenuation pipework in favour of basin storage to achieve a full SUDS Scheme.
