Working for Elements Europe Ltd, Avie have carried out the structural design for 5 storeys of bedroom modules plus rooftop plant rooms.
The modules provide fully finished bedroom ‘pods’ with light gauge steel floors, roofs and loadbearing walls which are installed on site on an existing concrete podium.
The corridors are formed from light gauge steel floor cassettes supported from the modules and the stairs are independent, free-standing open-frame modules.
